**Job Description**

This role focuses on refurbishing and customizing office trailers used on construction sites. You will repair, remodel, and upgrade returned trailers to meet new client specifications, performing a variety of construction, maintenance, and finishing tasks using hand and power tools while working from drawings and work orders.

**Responsibilities**

+ Refurbish and customize office trailers according to new client requirements, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
+ Perform drywall repairs, including hanging, patching, taping, and finishing surfaces for a clean, professional appearance.
+ Carry out interior painting of walls, ceilings, doors, and trim, ensuring even coverage and proper surface preparation.
