Facilities Technician

**Job Title: Facilities Technician 1-JAX7**
**Job Description**
The Facilities Technician is responsible for providing general maintenance support for assigned buildings, ensuring they remain safe, secure, and well-maintained.

**Responsibilities**

+ Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
+ Troubleshoot power HVAC systems and controls, as well as mechanical systems.
+ Maintain general and preventative maintenance for carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management.
+ Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.
+ Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience with power tools.
+ 0-2 years experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility.
+ Skills in general production, general labor, and facilities maintenance.
