Position Overview

The Facilities Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and mechanical systems within an industrial facility environment. This role focuses heavily on preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while supporting overall building operations and maintaining a safe, efficient workplace.

The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC technical knowledge, EPA certification, and experience working directly with clients in an occupied industrial setting.
