Facilities Technician 1st Shift

Job Description

The Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving facility infrastructure and support systems within a manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary technical resource for HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air systems, overhead cranes, building automation systems, and other critical utilities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and infrastructure. Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems up to V, including panels, transformers, motors, VFDs, lighting, and controls. Maintain and service commercial/industrial HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air handlers, and refrigeration equipment.
