Facilities Technician (1-year renewable contract/ No experience required)

Responsibilities

. Operation ofFacilities equipment

. Performpreventive and corrective maintenance of Facilities system when needed.

. Execution ofmaintenance activities as per schedule

. Execute& closure of MMS work orders.

. ExecuteDaily Log Recording

. Support toreview and revise Equipment/System checklist periodically

. Response tooperations/equipment issues

. Support allmanufacturing and related areas, ensuring smooth operations and upholdenvironment safety.

. Support toexecute document change when needed.

. SupportProjects and Facilities Change Control (FCC) when needed.

. MonitorEnvironmental parameters & System/Equipment performance through BuildingManagement System (BMS) & Environmental Management System (EMS)

. Attend toOut-of-Specification (OOS) scenarios at manufacturing and related areas.
