Facilities Technician (1-year renewable contract/ MNC Semiconductor)

Responsibilities

. Operation of Facilities equipment

. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Facilities system when needed.

. Execution of maintenance activities as per schedule

. Execute & closure of MMS work orders.

. Execute Daily Log Recording

. Support to review and revise Equipment/System checklist periodically

. Response to operations/equipment issues

. Support all manufacturing and related areas, ensuring smooth operations and uphold environment safety.

. Support to execute document change when needed.

. Support Projects and Facilities Change Control (FCC) when needed.

. Monitor Environmental parameters & System/Equipment performance through Building Management System (BMS) & Environmental Management System (EMS)

. Attend to Out-of-Specification (OOS) scenarios at manufacturing and related areas.
