We are looking for someone to join our Roost on a part‑time fixed‑term basis for 9 weeks over the summer period. The successful candidate will work 4 days out of 7 between 8 am & 6 pm at our John Bell House and Swanston House properties in Belfast.

Hours: 20 hours a week
Salary: £13,988 per annum pro rata

Responsibilities

As a Summer Support team member at Student Roost, your primary responsibility will be completing flushing compliance checks across the property. This involves entering unoccupied rooms on a scheduled rotation to run taps, showers and flush toilets, ensuring water systems remain safe and well‑maintained.

In addition, you will support the wider property team with a variety of operational tasks. No two days will look the same, and you’ll be someone who’s happy to roll up your sleeves, help where needed, and take pride in contributing to a well‑run building.
