Job Description

What you'll do
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will:
Provide effective and timely maintenance and custodial service that promote commitment to the care and preservation of Campus facilities, a safe work environment and effective risk management in order to create and maintain a welcoming environment reflecting standards of excellence in support of NSCC programs.
With an emphasis on energy and sustainability, perform a full range of routine and special cleaning duties associated with keeping the Campus in a safe and hygienic condition.
Perform routine painting duties and room rental setups.
Hours of work will primarily be in the afternoon and evenings, however hours may vary. Shift work and on-call duties as required.
