Hires external services for plant maintenance.
Supervises the work of contractors who come to work within the facilities.
Hires various policies for building maintenance (fumigation, gardening, fire extinguishers, plumbing, sanitary facilities).
When required, changes the structure or decoration of certain plant facilities.
In coordination with the purchasing department, quotes and selects from among several suppliers various supplies that are required for building maintenance.
Applies internal policies and the Internal Work Regulations in his/her work area.
