**Job Description**

This role oversees a **new manufacturing facility in Mesa** , Arizona, leading a team of facilities technicians and ensuring all building systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. The Facilities Supervisor manages daily work orders, coordinates mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC activities, and serves as a key liaison between technicians, vendors, and executive leadership.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of at least five facilities technicians, ensuring high performance, safety, and adherence to procedures.
+ Prioritize, assign, and respond to daily work order tasks using a ticketing system such as ServiceNow, UpKeep, or similar tools.
+ Coordinate and complete all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work required to support a manufacturing or industrial facility.
