Facilities Shift Operation Engineer (JR11349)

Key Responsibility Monitor and operate critical facility systems, including HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, electrical distribution, boilers, gases, vacuum, and fire protection systems. Respond to alarms, faults, and equipment abnormalities in a timely manner. Perform first-level troubleshooting and coordinate escalation to maintenance, engineering, or external vendors when needed. Ensure safe and stable operation of utility systems to support site activities and production needs. Carry out shift handover with clear communication of equipment status, incidents, maintenance actions, and ongoing issues. Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including equipment isolation, verification, and return-to-service checks. Follow site safety, environmental, and operational procedures, including permit-to-work and lockout/tagout requirements. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and operational records. Participate in emergency response activities (as Site Incident Controller)...
