Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

+ Support office and electronic lab operations in San Jose and other sites as necessary

+ Responsible for space planning and employee churn

+ Plans and forecasts the facilities budget and recommends facility repairs, maintenance, and improvements including capital investments

+ Assures that Opex and CapEx remain aligned with approved AOP targets

+ Responsible for developing PPT presentations for achieving approval from Renesas HQ for facilities projects and CapEx

+ Oversees and inspects small construction and installation projects

+ Responsible for the development of facility maintenance programs and drive continuous process improvement and best practices across the facilities organization

+ Provide supervision and guidance associated with SLA’s directly related to facilities contracts
