**Summary:**
We are seeking a highly experienced, agile, and strategic Real Estate Projects Lead to oversee complex relocation, expansion, and renovation portfolios across the San Francisco Bay Area and Southern California. This position holds comprehensive administrative, operational, financial, and management accountability for Meta's design and construction programs in the region. This role is the direct owner of Meta's capital projects portfolio in the region — responsible for driving outcomes from concept through close-out, aligning fast-moving internal product teams with cross-functional partners, and ensuring complex spatial environments are delivered on time, within budget, and to institutional quality standards Operating within a globally-set design standards and reporting framework, this role delivers regionally while maintaining alignment with Meta's Global project controls, and governance structures.
