Job Responsibilities

• Take primary responsibility, working very closely with APAC design team plan for constructability of New Data Center Build / Major fit-out, from inception till RFS.
• Able to communicate MEP high level solutions with external consultants, project team (internal & external), facilities operation team, product team and clients.
• Understand conceptual design and build of green field data centers and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with other team members and analyse OTT / Hyperscale customers specifications and requirement, to support product / pre-sales team on respond to various data center MEP facility solutions Q&A to win deal.
• Manage construction project progress, maintain performance standards, and optimise budgets and increase efficiency.
