Position Details

The Caretaking Department requires the services of approximately 4 casual Facilities Operation 3 hires to start work in mid April to August 2026. Reporting to the Manager, Caretaking Services, this position is responsible for janitorial work. Janitorial work includes but not limited general cleaning, and recycling. This position will assist with the completion of minor maintenance projects and operating cleaning equipment. This position is responsible to fully clean residence apartments for move out. Also, this position will work in the Lux hotel cleaning rooms, setting beds, cleaning laundry, folding and doing inventory of linen.

The successful applicants will be fully trained in all aspects of the position prior to beginning work. These Caretaker II positions will need to meet the Caretaking Expectations, follow standard operating procedures, and safe work practices.
