Facilities MEP Technician – On-site Maintenance & Repairs

Job Requirements

• Must possess a valid ITI Diploma or vocational certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing trades.
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience in the UAE Facilities Management sector.
• Strong ability to read technical drawings, troubleshoot FCU/FAHU systems, and operate CAFM mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily preventive and reactive maintenance tasks across assigned residential and commercial properties.
• Respond strictly within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timings for emergency call-outs like water leaks or power outages.
• Ensure a high level of customer service when dealing directly with tenants and property managers on-site.
