Facilities Manager

• Lead and oversee the Contractor’s works and services
• Implementing effective systems to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate closely with the Client to ensure service quality, address feedback, and maintain strong communication
• Prepare and submit monthly performance reports for the site, along with consolidated management reports, including feedback and action plans
• Support sites in planning and scheduling all works and services
• Collaborating with Project Manager on improvement initiatives
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

• Degree in Built Environment/Facilities Management/Engineering or related fields
• Min 5 years experience in similar positions
• Working hours: Mon-Fri (7am-4.30pm/8am-5.30pm/9am-6pm), Sat (7am-1pm)
• Salary: Up to $5200
