[What the role is]
You will join the team in managing Jurong Lake Gardens, the national gardens in the heartlands, serving the recreational and lifestyle pursuits of our community. Specifically, you will be responsible for facilities management and managing the security of the Gardens.[What you will be working on]
Implement preventive maintenance regime and corrective works for facilities and fixed assets
Plan and implement periodic maintenance and replacement of facilities and fixed assets
Execute maintenance of water and play equipment
Work on site to check, verify and update GIS data of facilities, landscape and visitorship numbers
Manage and respond to incidents within the Gardens
Manage and lead the Security contractors engaged by NParks
Conduct Table-Top and Ground Deployment Exercises with SPF and SCDF to ensure prompt emergency and evacuation res...
