Facilities Manager

Purpose of the role:

Responsible for infra and projects at HO/chairman's/ Promoter's office, Promoters Residence, Company Owned properties

Job Description:

• Inspections & Planning: Carry out regular inspections of facilities and premises to identify and resolve maintenance issues and ensure functionality of systems (e.g., electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural & civil).
• Work Execution: Plan, organize, and oversee all repair, installation, and upkeep facilities, including those related to civil work.
• Supervising & handling office modifications/ interiors (Knowledge of office design to build is required).
• Quality Control: Perform quality control inspections to ensure all work, whether in-house or contracted, is completed to a high standard, complies with current codes, standards, and regulations, and meets required specifications.
