Primary Responsibilities:
Strategically oversee and optimize the utilization of physical spaces, resources, and services to enhance workplace functionality, employee well-being, and operational efficiency.
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive facility management policies, procedures, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Budget responsibilities for all the repairs, remodeling and new construction.
Planning work scheduling staff and vendors, supervising work like CCTV management, Event management, Canteen, DG, AC, fire safety, waste management, security and vendors management.
