Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Supervise and manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and timelines.
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Resolve conflicts, troubleshoot issues, and make decisions to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Monitor PCAB license, business permits, and other project requirements.
• Additionally, may participate in business development activities by attracting clients to the company.
