Facilities Manager

Progressive property management company is looking for a Facilities Manager, based in Johannesburg

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in a residential or student housing environment.
• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance, contractor management, and compliance standards.08 driver's license preferred.
• Must be willing to stay on-site.
• Excellent client, service, people and student orientation
• Microsoft Office
