Facilities Manager

The Facility Manager is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the facility, its related services and its critical infrastructure.

**Essential Functions:**

+ Environmental Management
+ Manage day to day operations of air (production & distribution) and power
+ Troubleshoot issues related to the critical infrastructure using test equipment, observation and automation, monitoring and control applications
+ Proactively develop and implement maintenance activities to include both critical infrastructure and general maintenance of the physical plant (appearance)
+ Work with Operations Manager to assure all environmental issues are handled and communicated correctly to the customer
+ Report on all SLA required activities
+ Capacity Management
+ Maintain current status and future status reporting on all capacity thresholds within the facility
+ Security Management
