Facilities Management Executive

We are seeking a
Facilities Management Executive
to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our facilities at Apex Harmony Lodge, a purpose-built nursing home dedicated to persons living with dementia. This role is integral to ensuring that our physical environment remains safe, functional, and conducive to the wellbeing of residents, staff, and visitors. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain building systems, uphold regulatory compliance, and support ongoing improvements to our infrastructure. Key Responsibilities 1. Daily Operations . Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across the Lodge, ensuring all systems and infrastructure are functioning optimally .
