FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Summary You will serve as a Facilities Management Assistant (OA) in the Facilities Management Divsion of NAS CORPUS CHRISTI. Responsibilities You will review work requests for completeness, duplication and conflict of requests. You will prepare, maintain, and forward work packages to engineering technician or others for execution. You will draft and finalize a variety of correspondence in support of work requirements. You will prepare documentation for in-house shops or contracts. You will assist team members as needed providing administrative support. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-06) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
