Facilities Management Assistant

**Position Objective:** Provide services as a Facilities Management Assistant in support of the overall functions of the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), within the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The Facilities Management Assistant will independently support the day-to-day facilities and logistics operations of NIDA's Intramural Research Program (IRP) at the Baltimore Bayview campus, including supply delivery, mail routing, equipment transport, laboratory equipment maintenance, and related facility support duties.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Pick up and deliver supplies to offices, wards, clinics, and other buildings both on and off hospital grounds using skids, pallets, carts, hand trucks, automobiles, and trucks.
+ Cover regularly scheduled mail route; hand deliver mail, specimens, and supplies to city agencies and non-city agencies and offices.
