**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description:**

-Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical electrical systems including UPS units, generators, switchgear, and power distribution equipment.

-Support HVAC and cooling systems such as chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, cooling towers, pumps, and air handling equipment.

-Perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment issues as they arise.

-Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and address potential problems.

-Assist with system startups, shutdowns, and power transfer procedures.

-Document maintenance activities, system performance, and operational risks.

-Follow and help improve operating and emergency procedures.

-Communicate system status, maintenance updates, and incidents to customers and team members.
