Join a large manufacturing campus as a Facilities Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining building systems, equipment, and grounds across a 200,000 square foot, four-building facility. You will perform a wide range of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks while supporting a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of eight rooftop HVAC units, including filter changes, belt replacements, and work on heat pumps.
+ Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance tasks according to a defined schedule and complete associated work orders accurately and on time.
+ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including diagnosing issues with rooftop units, boilers, and related components.
