**What’s a typical day as Facilities Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:**


+ Performing a variety of semi-skilled maintenance duties including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems under the direction of the Facilities Superintendent
+ Assisting in the management, planning, and operation of municipal facilities, including inventory of buildings and operating systems
