We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting and maintaining facility/HVAC equipment and systems, performing plumbing tasks, and executing operational and preventive maintenance procedures. You will work closely with engineers to resolve issues and plan for the acquisition or installation of new equipment or systems.

+ Troubleshoot and maintain facility/HVAC equipment and systems.
+ Perform plumbing tasks around the facility.
+ Conduct facilities and process equipment operational and preventive maintenance procedures.
+ Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues or plan for new equipment or systems.
+ Install new facilities and process equipment.
+ Take a leadership role in training and supporting new technicians.
+ Support waste management tasks.
