**Job Description**

The Facilities Maintenance Technician maintains and refreshes residential units and common areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and move-in ready. This role focuses on painting, drywall repair, light carpentry, and general building maintenance, while also supporting basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs. The technician plays a key role in preparing units between residents and upholding a high standard of facility appearance and functionality.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare and refurbish residential units between occupants so they are clean, functional, and ready for new residents.
+ Perform painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, and finish painting of walls, ceilings, trim, and other interior and exterior surfaces.
