**Job Description**

Seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to add to our team within an industrial automotive manufacturing environment. This technician will maintain and repair building systems and equipment. This role supports both production and office areas through a mix of mechanical, electrical, and general building maintenance tasks.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain and repair building systems including lighting, HVAC, power, ventilation, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and cleaning tasks.
+ Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems to maximize uptime and reduce unplanned downtime.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues and complete timely repairs using appropriate tools and methods.
