Facilities Maintenance Technician

**Job Title: Facilities HVAC/REFRIGERATION FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN!**

**Job Description**

This role is a hands-on facilities maintenance position supporting a warehouse home base and multiple field locations. The position is available at multiple levels (Maintenance II, III), ranging from 4 to 10+ years of experience, and focuses on a broad range of building maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and equipment servicing for drink and espresso machines.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general facilities maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
+ Install, change, and repair electrical outlets, and troubleshoot electrical issues within the building.
+ Diagnose and resolve basic plumbing issues, including identifying leaks, blockages, and other common problems.
