Our client, a retail shopping center operator, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the physical plant of the shopping center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to doing the right thing, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Facilities Maintenance Tech

**Location:** Richmond, VA

**Pay Range:** $20/hr

**Shift:** Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

**What's the Job?**

+ Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various building systems
+ Operating hi-lifts, trash compactors, freight lift, and trucks
+ Repairing, modifying, and moving mall furniture and fixtures
+ Performing minor roof, floor, and plumbing repairs
+ Assisting with maintaining inventory records and supporting HVAC maintenance
