Facilities Maintenance Manager – Data Centre – Madrid

Facilities Maintenance Manager is required to join one of our clients to be responsible for the smooth and efficient operational running of a Data Centre facility. Based in Madrid, this is a permanent position offering a salary between €50,000 and €70,000.

You will be responsible for the secure and optimal operation of the data centre’s critical infrastructure; ensuring service continuity and overseeing technical operations / preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing building facilities maintenance.
• Proven experience within a critical facility / data centre.
• Good knowledge of LV/MV/HV electrical systems, HVAC, BMS controls etc.
• Minimum B2 English speaking language skills.
