• Carry out preventive maintenance on fitness equipment, swimming pool/spa systems, HVAC, hot and cold‑water systems, saunas, steam rooms and general building assets.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests logged in the maintenance & Health & Safety job book.
• Handle emergency repairs promptly....
