**Job Description**
The Facilities Helper performs physically demanding tasks to support the maintenance, cleanliness, and operational readiness of campus buildings and grounds. This hands-on role focuses on general facilities maintenance, basic mechanical work, and heavy lifting to ensure a safe, functional, and well-presented environment for students, staff, and visitors.

**Responsibilities**

+ Support daily facilities maintenance activities to keep buildings, classrooms, and common areas clean, safe, and operational.
+ Perform basic mechanical and repair tasks under guidance, including minor fixes and adjustments to facilities and equipment.
+ Assist with preventive maintenance routines to help identify and address issues before they become major problems.
