Facilities Engineer

Job Description
Facilities technician to provide support, perform maintenance, and installations for Facilities Department at all sites necessary for GHC 9-1-1’s 7x24 Operations Division. The demands of the facilities technician will require the person to thoroughly understand and accept the mission critical nature of the Operations Division and GHC 9-1-1 Network.

Perform minor maintenance on electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems

Troubleshoot and resolve facility related incidents

Maintain facility inventory necessary for support and response

Assist with all facilities upgrades and maintenance tasks

While on-call, respond to any and all issues that arise

Participate and respond to any GHC 9-1-1 disaster recovery efforts and activations

Report all activity and information to the NOC for accurate documentation

Participate with GHC 9-1-1 internal ticketing system

Conduct routine facilities safety checks...
