Facilities Engineer

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ **Facility Management** : Oversee the maintenance, repair, and enhancement of facility infrastructure, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, structural components, and building maintenance such as drainage, water supply, civil works and sewerage works.
+ **Preventive Maintenance:** Plan and carry out preventive maintenance and repairs for facility systems, including HVAC (air conditioning, heating, refrigeration), building exhaust fans, ventilation units, CDA, Liquid Nitrogen, WWTP, STP and etc
+ **Preventive Maintenance Programs** : Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility equipment and systems.
+ **Troubleshooting and Repairs** : Quickly identify and resolve facility operation issues, coordinating with internal teams or external contractors as needed.
