Facilities Duty Manager - London, NW9

We’re seeking a dedicated Facilities Duty Manager to join Encore at one of our established developments in North West London. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping sites well-maintained, safe, and welcoming.

Role Overview

• Location: London, NW9
• Hours: Mon-Fri, 14:00-22:00
• Salary: £35,000

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building Management: Complete evening site walkarounds, inspecting internal and external communal areas for cleanliness, damage, faults, and any health and safety risks.
• Contractor Management: Manage contractors on site, ensuring they work safely and follow signing‑in/out procedures.
• Emergency Response: Act as the first point of escalation for facilities‑related emergencies between 4pm and 10pm, including leaks, lift breakdowns, fire alarm activations, power outages, access control issues, floo...
