Your New Role

As the Facilities Coordinator, you will lead a team of two Receptionists and will play a key role in creating a seamless workplace experience across two buildings located next to each other.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating workplace services, maintenance and contractor management
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and service providers
• Managing workplace requests and resolving day-to-day operational issues
• Supporting health, safety and compliance initiatives
• Monitoring budgets, reporting and administration
• Ensuring the smooth running of reception
