Facilities Coordinator

**Job Description:**

_The Facilities Coo_ _rdinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the_ _F_ _acilities Supervisor._

Duties and Responsibilities

+ Act as the main point of contactfor the Facilities Department

+ Assist with and coordinate outside vendors such as landscaping, snow removal, cleaning, etc.

+ Obtain bidsand pricingfrom outside vendors for projects,servicesand parts

+ Assist with reviewing bids

+ Assist in Evaluating, distributing, and scheduling the daily tasks along with maintaining the facilities task list

+ Print, issue, and track all maintenance and machine shop work orders

+ Issue and record all preventative maintenance orders

+ Generate andIssuepurchaseorders

+ Scan and electronically file all facilities paperwork

+ Complete projects assigned by Facilities Supervisor

+ Coordinate the picking up and delivery of parts for Engine...
