Job Description
Position Purpose
This role is a part-time temporary role reporting to the Facilities Manager. The coordinator serves as the technical and event staff providing support for users in the building to maximize the use of space and ensure safety and proper event protocol. The coordinator is expected to complete necessary tasks while providing high level service to ensure all facilities and equipment are fully functional, safe, clean, and code compliant. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.- One year of administrative experience in an arts related setting; or the equivalent.
- One year of experience working on-site during live public events, providing access to patrons of all ages and abilities.
- Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to develop professional working relationships with students.
