Facilities & Club Openings Project Manager

Overview

This isn’t a 9‑to‑5 desk job – it’s a hands‑on, fast‑moving role for someone who loves solving problems, taking initiative, and making things happen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of new club openings, renovations, and capital initiatives.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, procurement, and CapEx execution.
• Manage multiple workstreams – timelines, budgets, purchase orders – ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
• Act as the go‑to coordinator between Operations, Design, IT, Marketing, and other teams to keep projects on track.
• Translate big‑picture goals into clear timelines, deliverables, and actionable plans.
• Host project meetings, track milestones, and proactively resolve issues before they escalates.
• Manage procurement for furniture, fixtures, equipment, fitness gear, tech systems, and décor.
