A day in the life as a Facilities and Maintenance Manager….
+ Execute the site maintenance & facilities strategy aligned with business goals
+ Own strategic relationships with site specific vendors (e.g., conveyance, sortation, automation, forklifts, HVAC, electrical / mechanical contractors) as well as sourcing new vendors capable of reducing cost and improving service
+ Recruit, coach, and develop an on-site maintenance team
+ Oversee site maintenance and reliability program for conveyors, sorters, forklifts, and other MHE
+ Own spare-parts strategy, critical spares stocking, and vendor-managed inventory
+ Ensure OSHA compliance, site-safety programs, contractor oversight, and regula...
