Facilities and Engineering Manager (Datacenter)

Job Overview

Fully responsible for managing the Finnish data center electrical and mechanical operation, overseeing full-lifecycle O&M of electrical, HVAC, water supply and drainage, fire mechanical systems. Build a standardized O&M system, ensure 7x24 safe and efficient operation, align with Finland’s carbon neutrality goals and EU regulations, and drive team capacity building, cost control and compliant operation.

Core Responsibilities

1. Team & Talent Management : Manage recruitment, performance and daily work of the team (electrical, HVAC, mechanical engineers) per Finnish labor laws. Build a training system focusing on S1/S2 certifications, low-temperature technologies and EU regulations, enhancing the team’s professional and emergency capabilities.
