Key Responsibilities

Facilities Operations

• Manage daily operations of office facilities, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, DG sets, lifts, and other building systems.
• Monitor building management systems (BMS), access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems.
• Ensure high standards of housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, landscaping, and pest control services.
• Manage workplace requests through ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Manage facility service providers and contractors.
• Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and audits.
