Job Description

About the Job 
The Facilities Analyst will work directly with administrative processes, file documentation, purchase order (PO) elaboration, budget control, legalization of expenses (petit cash, credit cards. down payments, etc), deliveries and reclamation of equipment (when needed). 
The ideal candidate will be someone with a high attitude for learning, strong passion for new challenges, emotional intelligence and teamwork sense. 
As Facilities Analyst, You Will… 
Be involved in the access authorization process, guarantee the accomplishment of security policy 
Responsible for legalization of expenses of the area (petit cash, corporate credit cards, down payments, etc) 
Support the team with calls to agents (current and former employees) in order to  reach reclamation goals 
Create POs in Netsuite and update of the budget tracker 
Follow up the vendor invoice process every month
