The Operations Manager – Façade Cleaning is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering façade cleaning and maintenance operations across multiple commercial and high-rise buildings. The role ensures that services are executed safely, efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory and client requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The position plays a critical leadership role in managing specialized façade cleaning teams including rope access technicians and cradle operators, ensuring operational excellence, risk management, and strong client satisfaction.
