Fabricator/Welder Supervisor
Certain Advantage is hiring for a Hands-on Fabricator/Welder Supervisor based in the Skelmersdale area. This role is on a permanent basis and is site-based.
 
The Company
We’re working with a manufacturer of bespoke equipment and assemblies serving a range of markets including Subsea, Nuclear, and Heavy Manufacturing.
 
The Role
This position is ideal for an experienced, hands-on Fabricator/Welder with supervisory experience who takes pride in high-quality workmanship. You’ll be responsible for fabricating and welding to a high standard—mainly MIG, with TIG skills an advantage—while also leading a small team to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
 
The Individual
We’re looking for people who have:
Time-served experience in fabrication and welding
Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings
Proven supervisory experience (managing 5–6 team members)
Strong organisational and communication skill...
